    The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with two long benches and space to bring the extra chairs to the ends.

    Double doors lead to the enclosed garden to the rear, with views to the Rhinog mountains. Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun lights the room.

    A cosy living space with sofa seating to accomodate 6 people while other seating is on hand to pull alongside. Home comforts are all around to enhance your stay, including blankets, a smart tv, a reading corner, a desk/worspace. Magazines and games compendium are also provided for your enjoyment.

    A bay window looks out to the river at the front, while double doors can open into the dining kitchen.

    Master bedroom

    A master bedroom with en-suite shower room, enjoying views to the River Afon. Enjoying a superking bed with Emma mattress, you'll have trouble getting out of bed in the morning.

    With a smart tv to occupy you while you get dressed, you'll be able catch up on your best box sets. A hairdryer and starighteners are provided, as well as all linens (with exception of infant bedding).

    Bedside lamps double as USB charging points for convenience.

    Loft room

    A large loft room across almost the enitre foot print of the house with sleeping accomodation for up to 3 people in a small double and a single bed. Designed as a bedroom/living space with a sofa and giant beanbag to relax and play xbox or binge watch netflix on the smart TV. An en-suite shower room makes this a self contained room, ideal for older children who enjoy their own space to relax.

    The double aspect views between the Rhinog mountains to the rear and the coastline to the front also makes this a beautiful room to enjoy for anyone.
